Don't Go, but if you have to!
Radius is a Month to Month pay as you go
service. Like it in June, great. Hate it in July cancel it (of
course we prefer if you don't hate it nor cancel it). After the 15
Day Free Trial, a credit card is needed and charged to access the
account that was set up. From then on there after, every 30 days
the a credit card is charged.
Export you Book of Business from Radius and follow the steps within the Admin to Cancel your Account. Hopefully we'll see you again down the road.
